Award-winning chefs and local favourites Camil and Ingrid Haas are beating the winter blues with wine and food pairings and cooking classes at some of Franschhoek's most idyllic wine estates and guest houses. Local winemakers and guesthouses have invited the couple to design dishes to pair their wines (and charming characters ;-) at private dinner parties for an intimate group of guests.
