It’s nearly time to welcome warmer weather in the Cape Winelands and wave those winter blues away. On Friday 25 August, Barley and Biltong Emporium and CBC will be doing just that at its last Brrrrew Event, giving you all the more reason to say cheers to the last of the chillier season with delicious craft beer, food and great entertainment.
Join the two establishments on payday Friday and meet Barley & Biltong Emporium chef Philip Pretorius, and CBC brew master, Wolfgang Koedel to find out what makes good food and craft beer tick. Enjoy beautiful dusk views of the Drakenstein Mountains while sipping on an arrival beer and joining the CBC brewery tour, under the guidance of Wolfgang. Next, guests will move to Barley and Biltong Emporium, next door to CBC brewery, for dinner. The evening’s menu, curated and prepared by chef Philip Pretorius, includes four meaty courses, each paired with a CBC beer.
Parents looking for something to do with the kids can feel free to browse the restaurant’s kiddies menu and enjoy a fun family night out. Live entertainment will be provided by local music artist, Richard Brokensha. Additional drinks are available at restaurant prices.
