Celebrate nature with Spier at Eight. Tuck into a vegan-friendly feast inspired by local, seasonal ingredients, made without electricity. A feast featuring the season’s bounty — including grilled heirloom tomato and basil bruschetta, chermoulah grilled cauliflower steak and chargrilled pineapple with vegan caramel. We’re joining millions around the world to turn off our lights this Earth Hour, Saturday 30 March, from 20:30 – 21:30 to raise awareness about the important role of nature in our lives and the benefits it provides, from good food, clean air, fresh water, to so much more — benefits which, because of climate change, are under threat.
