Back by popular demand, Louise Gillett shares some firm favourite farm kitchen recipes and techniques in a personal (limited to 8 participants) and hands-on experience in a uniquely authentic farm setting.
Starting with a brunch at the farm at 10:00am, the cooking class will be held from 11:30am to 2:30pm, with refreshments served throughout the duration of the course. Each participant will receive a free, signed copy of Life on a Cape Farm Cookbook, as well as all the recipe cards for the course.
